Samuel Paoli’s debut EP, “Getting There,” is an extension of what the artist envision when it comes to share music : an eclectic journey through sound.

Drawing heavy inspiration from both the UK and French music scenes, Samuel skillfully navigates and blends diverse genres. This 6-track EP takes listeners on an alternative trip through the realms of Future Jazz, Trip-Hop, UK Garage, Broken Beat, House, and Jungle, all with a Downtempo touch.

While each track has a predominant genre, Samuel’s production style seamlessly weaves in his diverse influences, guided by a natural sense of groove. His sound is enriched by live instruments, atmospheric and warm synthesizers, and carefully selected samples, reflecting his unique sonic palette and artistic vision.

In this opus, Samuel collaborates with three distinguished artists. The opening track, “Getting There,” features Necky Gomis (Underground Canopy), whose smooth and subtle trumpet melds perfectly with the Trip-Hop beat. On “Baby Blue,” Aby Fulani brings his distinctive universe and dynamic flows to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for this UK Garage-inspired track. Finally, Sweetestcape contributes to “Resistance Is Futile,” adding his London sound to create a joyful and laid-back vibe for this Jungle tune.

“Getting There” is not just an EP but a testament to Samuel Paoli’s ability to craft a rich, eclectic auditory experience, inviting listeners to join him on his musical journey.
